The Aiga Paia A'oga Amata Governance Committee warmly invites you to attend our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 26th November 2025, at 6:00 PM at Aiga Paia A'oga Amata.
This year has been one of renewed growth and learning, and we hope to continue strengthening both our a'oga and our community. With these opportunities, we take this moment to deepen our connection with our immediate and wider community.
We are also excited to offer you the opportunity to become part of our governance committee.
Aiga Paia A'oga Amata is run by a governance committee made up of parents and community members who are committed to the ongoing success of the centre. Governance cannot function without parent and community participation, and without a committee, the a'oga cannot continue to operate.
To enrich our connections and relationships, vacancies are available for four key office roles: Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, and Service Provider. You may nominate yourself or another community member who demonstrates the skills and values necessary to fulfil the role.

Nominations close at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, 19th November 2025. Late nominations cannot be accepted. Nominations and the election of office holders will be confirmed at the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 26th November 2025, at 6:00 PM.
