Steve's been busy again.. we need to upgrade our toilet to a "no holding tank needed" system.. we will be using a very clever piece of technology called an Electrascan.. it takes waste .. and users salt water to purify and sterilize waste .. so that the waste goes into the ocean, clean! So now our head is to be remodeled to encompass this piece of equipment..

Time to use my talents to help others .. I'm excited to be launching my new work soon.. it's been over 2 years in the making... plus a lot of training .. moving out of my confirm zone .. best thing is I can do it from the yacht !

Steve's progress today .. this job is proving to be a tad larger than first thought .. but that's the usual course for any job needing to be done well!
I think Yanana is smiling at all the love being poured into her right now !
And yes the saloon. looks like a bit of a workshop again !

Today's effort from Steve. . Only two coasts if varnish kept to finish this piece.. . the corner has gone from housing a set of plastic draws that filled in the whole where the 240 v "land freezer" was installed... to a brilliant cabinet housing our new yacht freezer ..
Just magical what Steve can do with wood! .. solid teak sides and tops, fully insulated too ..
Love this new look on our Yamana !

Steve's been busy repainting the starboard side water tank .. as it leaked as well.. through it's fitting !

So Steve's done some more work today.. on Yamana. .. putting "plugs" into the freezer lid and replacing the Davit pulls .. he loves doing these little jobs ..in fact he's now ticked off all the outstanding jobs on her..
