“I had dreamed of learning ballet since I was a little girl, but I only had the opportunity to begin when I was almost 40. What started as one class per week quickly grew into four days a week, as my passion only became stronger.

I began attending Katherine’s classes in 2024, and very quickly realised how exceptional her teaching is. Her classical ballet style, combined with the precision and attention to detail of an RAD-trained teacher, has helped me tremendously.

About a year ago, I also started having weekly private lessons with her. Through her highly personalised coaching, she has helped me strengthen my foundations, refine the quality and elegance of my movement, and deepen my connection with the music.

Katherine has also carefully selected and adapted variations for me, which has allowed me to pursue my passion for classical repertoire and build confidence in performing and competing.

12:30 - 2:00 pm Open Class
2:00 - 2:30 pm Repertoire - Kings Candaule Variaton, Paquita.

Open Class - 12:15 - 1:15 pm
This class has a condensed barre and a full centre, the exercises are Intermediate level to allow us to keep moving, with options given for different levels of dancers.

Pointe - 1:15 - 1:45 pm
This runs with three exercises at the barre and then centre work. Every class is structured to fit the needs of the dancers in attendance. Often, a classical variation is introduced and worked on over the course of a term.

Ballet Basics - 11:15 - 12:15 pm
This is for dancers near the beginning of their journey in ballet, or those who want to refine their technique.

Open Class - 12:30 - 2:00 pm
This is a full vibrant open class for dancers of Intermediate to Advanced level.
