I’ve been thinking about you.

At Level 6, we don’t rely on rote learning or passive lectures. Instead, from Weekend One you begin collaborative learning together and practical repertorising. You learn by doing, reflecting, and receiving honest, developmental feedback. Our ongoing assessment isn’t there to catch you out — it’s a mirror that shows you where your understanding is already usable and where it still needs strengthening.
In Years Two and Three, this support deepens significantly.
We provide structured, ongoing clinical observation and hands-on case work, guiding you through real client journeys from initial consultation to long-term management. This ensures you develop genuine skill and confidence in case management — holding the client’s process with clarity, supporting their healing journey, and making sound professional decisions even as complexity arises. It is this sustained, practical immersion that allows our graduates to step into practice not just knowledgeable, but truly capable and resilient.
This is how we train professional judgement:
Observing accurately, without distortion

Holding uncertainty without collapsing
Making decisions without projecting personal bias
These are the exact capacities that allow our graduates to step into practice with steadiness and clarity — even when real clients bring complex, emotionally charged cases.
We do this in a small, intimate cohort of just 25 students. Hybrid and collaborative by design, because true professional formation happens in relationship — with your peers, your mentors, and ultimately with your future clients. You’ll practise non-judgement (of yourself and others), turn feedback into fuel, and choose curiosity over performance.
The result?
Graduates who leave with clinical reasoning that holds up under pressure, communication that builds instant trust, and a complete business model to launch a thriving practice. Not hope — evidence of competence.
