What a weekend in Palmy! 🏆🔥

I took four of my athletes to compete this weekend, and I honestly couldn’t be more proud of every single one of them. They all stepped on stage, gave it their absolute best, and represented themselves so well. ❤️

We’re coming home with 8 medals! 🥇🥇🥇 3 Golds | 🥈🥈🥈 3 Silvers | 🥉🥉 2 Bronzes

The results are amazing, but what makes me even more proud is seeing the hard work, dedication, discipline, and commitment that each of these athletes has put into their journey. 💪🏾

Congratulations to all four of you! You worked incredibly hard for these results, and you earned every single medal. I’m extremely proud and grateful to be your coach. ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to support us. It was so nice seeing familiar faces there, hearing all your words of encouragement, and receiving all the good luck messages. We truly appreciate every single one of you! 🙏🏾❤️

A big shout-out to ICN, Brenda and Andy, for putting on another fantastic show and creating such a great experience for everyone involved. 👏🏾🏆

What an incredible weekend at the Taupo bodybuilding show! 🔥

I couldn’t be prouder of my four competitors. Every one of them brought determination, discipline, and heart to the stage, and the results truly reflected all the hard work behind the scenes. Watching their journey and seeing them perform so well made me incredibly proud as a coach. I have no words to express how happy I am, especially winning two awards for best coach 💪🏾

This incredible mum is stepping onto the stage for her very first bikini bodybuilding competition, and the dedication behind the scenes is nothing short of inspiring. Early mornings, disciplined nutrition, tough workouts, and still showing up every day for her family.

It’s not just about the physique, it’s about the strength, resilience, and determination it takes to chase something this big.

I’m incredibly proud to be a bodybuilding coach. Watching people push past limits and transform both physically and mentally is one of the most rewarding parts of my life. It’s not just about building muscle, it’s about building discipline, confidence, and self-belief. Every client’s progress reminds me why I love what I do. One of the highlights of my job is watching a client reach their goal. has shown great consistency on his journey, and now he's under 100kg in bodyweight doing 180kg back squat. I couldn't be more proud of him. Keep pushing, Jake, you're just getting started! 😊💪🏾
