Our slice range includes Oat and apricot slice, lemon fudge slice, ginger slice, pineapple lump fudge slice, lolly cake and chocolate crackle. Cookies and slices are all $7 a bag. Our Whittakers chocolate covered Afghan’s are $8 a bag of five. Also on offer are our delicious savoury ham and cheese muffins available for $10 for a tray of 6.

Tai Wānanga Tū Toa Enrolment Information

Tēnā tātou e te whānau.

Monrad Te Kura Waenga o Tirohanga whānau has been invited to the unveiling of the new Pou at the Highbury Shopping Centre on Wednesday, 3rd of September, starting at 5:30 am. The dawn unveiling (and parakuihi) will be followed by a community celebration day from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.

Craig Kawana, the carver of the Pou, will speak about its significance and meaning at 11:30 am on Wednesday, 3rd September. The organisers hope this will be a valuable opportunity for rangatahi to hear the kōrero and engage in the kaupapa.

A BBQ will be running throughout the day for everyone to enjoy.

The organisers would love to see kaimahi and whānau from the area join them for this special occasion.
