Sing Ong Tai Chi Palmerston North Sing Ong Tai Chi is an international organization dedicated to the study and quality tuition of Yang style tai chi It promotes good posture and breathing.

Head Branch Instructor Lester Wong takes classes at the Community Leisure Centre (569 Fergusson Street, Palmerston North) on Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:30pm. Instructor Tom Robertson takes classes at the Theosophical Society Hall on Tuesdays and Fridays 10-11am. Instructor Craig Johnston takes classes at the Hokowhitu Bowling Club on Tuesdays 7-8pm. Tai Chi is good for health, relaxation and martial applications. Sing Ong Tai Chi Palmerston North is a place for serious Tai Chi study, in a supportive and welcoming environment. We had an excellent seminar with ShiYe in Palmerston North on Saturday Sep 5, and an instructor session on Sunday 6th.
Wonderful to see our visitors from out of town attending too.
We have a lot to digest and practice over the coming months.

Hi everyone.
No Monday and Wednesday evening classes for two weeks due to the hall being unavailable.
Does this mean you can just relax? Well, it's tai chi - you should always be relaxed!
Keep up the practice, and we'll see you again on July 6.

(Tom's class is still running over this time - Tuesdays and Fridays at the Theosophical Hall at 10am)
