🌱 Little Climbers Pukekohe 🌱

Our tamariki have been growing kumara slips in our māra kai, observing the roots and shoots grow strong and healthy. They have loved learning about kai and where it comes from.

The kumara are now ready to be planted outdoors, and we are excited to harvest them mid-year. Through this journey, tamariki are learning to be kaitiaki—caring for Papatūānuku and nurturing living things.

We are also growing cucumbers and tomatoes, with tamariki proudly watering and caring for all our plants each day. 🌿🥒🍅

He taiao, he taonga – our environment is a treasure.
