Hey all, I am putting on a soup making workshop at the WRT this Sunday from 11 to 2 pm where I will be sharing my soupy secrets and making my 3 favourite soups of all time. The Mexican Red Lentil, the Thai Yellow Curry coconut and the Chickpea, root veg creamy Indian. We will chop, simmer and stir and then sit down to lunch with the best bread in Tamaki Makaurau. Register via WRT or me.

An excellent guide to using up left over egg whites and yolks; a word of caution though. Raw or undercooked eggs may contain harmful bacteria so be very careful making dishes such as icing with raw eggs.... and wash hands are breaking eggs. But there are some very good tips here...
