You did it. Through every surge, every doubt, every ounce of strength, you brought your baby earthside.

There’s nothing quite like the moment when you finally get to meet the one you’ve been waiting for.

🤎 If you get sweaty (although the cooling fabric helps reduce this) you can wash your pillow case just like you would your bed sheets
🤎 If your waters release while in bed, no prob!
🤎 Crumbs from that little treat in bed 🍫 melts on the pillow...no big deal
🤎 Breastmilk/formula/baby spills (because let's me honest pregnancy pillows hang around a fair bit in the postpartum period)
🤎 Added bonus is I can wash them between classes, thanks to Vital Bits so kindly donating some pillows for our EB parents to use during relaxations in class. Thank you! 🤎

Every birth is significant.
I’m reminded of this often in my work,
that no two stories are the same. Every parent navigates their own path into parenthood in their own way. Sometimes, that journey begins long before a baby is even conceived.

I created Empowered Birthing classes because I believe every parent deserves to understand the significance of this transition.
To feel supported through the challenges,
to recognise their strengths,
and to know they are far more capable than they realise.

A newborn’s skull isn’t fused together, this allows the bones to gently move and mould during birth, helping baby to come through the birth path.
Afterwards, those spaces (fontanelles) support the rapid brain growth that happens in the early years. Incredible design!

Decisions don’t always have to be a firm yes or no. Become more informed by asking the questions, trusting yourself and knowing it's okay to pivot a little (or a big bit) if needed (& feeling safe and supported to do so).
