🌿Te kamo is for a full time over 2 year old and Whakapara is full & part time.

If you can’t be at home with your child until at least 3 or 4 years old then Homebased Childcare is the next best thing - mimicking a little family and even then they need a small group size to gradually build up their social skills, in small amounts of time. Too much too soon it’s shown in many studies puts the baby or child into overload or stress. Babies and young children do not need copious amounts of cortisol the stress hormones racing around their bodies. We know what it does to adults so what do you think it does for their little bodies and growing brains. After decades in childcare I moved to Homebased as I truely believe it’s the next best thing for now and moving forward in their lives to be at ‘home’ 🫶🏻

It seems every where we turn there is someone who is touched by cancer - and cancer sure does suck. When it’s one of your own it hits even harder. The entire Back2Nature team were totally shook when we heard the news that our manager/Kaiako has been hit and hit hard! While we try to support her through this journey we need to call on everyone and anyone to help. We ask for any help that you can give whether that’s prayers, thoughts, sharing or donating - everything is gratefully accepted and treasured 🫶🏻
