Look at what showed up post Puanga Hikoi this week 💚

Our Puanga Hikoi wānanga - our tūpuna have our back 🌟

After our gathering, space clear, but wairua still swirling, connecting to my rituals as I packed down, I looked to my right and saw this on the concrete wall. He tohu! He taonga!

Do you see? They are both me. Yet they are both Her. We are each other, present and connected in shadow and light, reflecting one another in mauri wairua aroha 💫

The two raukura 🪶🪶 a tohu taonga I was gifted on hikoi at my tūrangawaewae. The honoured raukura sitting on my bedside these past few months, incredibly sacred special tohu.

Clearly guided to wear them for the first time ever at Puanga Hikoi this week.

During our gathering, strongly divine guidance to share part of the pūrakau kōrero of the divinity of the gift 🎁

By Kererū, an incredibly special tūpuna of mine, who made herself known in her earthly form when I arrived back home a few years ago.

On hikoi a few months ago She flew right over my head. I noticed she had a significant gap in her tail feathers. I've never seen that in my life. She let me know to continue my hikoi, and there will be a taonga waiting for me. I listened, whakarongo ki roto, with all of my senses, haere tonu te hikoi, and discovered two Kererū tail feathers together on the ground directly in my path.

They sang for me to kia mau, take them home.

I have been gifted many different Kererū feathers over my time, but never tail feathers.

This was something else.

I wasn't expecting to share the kōrero, but I honoured the guidance.

In our gatherings I usually wear a moana manu (seabird) feather. He kōtiro o te taiao, engari, he tino nui kōtiro o te moana! 🌊 🧜‍♀️

What I didn't speak that evening, was that on the day of our Puanga Hikoi as I was playing my hina Marama Moon gong (or, rather, she was playing me), a Kererū visited right outside on my pou rākau 🌳

So special 💚

I continued to play, and a second Kererū arrived. Two Kererū. Two Kererū raukura. Connected in the wairua Marama frequencies of mārama ki Papatūānuku 🌏

Wiriwiri high frequency vibrational energies of mārama mauri aroha in the Seen and the Unseen.

Then here, post Puanga Hikoi, he tohu taonga, me and my tūpuna as one, in Te Kore me Te Po me Te Ao Mārama, in the light, in the shadow, in the in-between, all of it as real as each other.

Titiro. Do you see?
Whakarongo. Do you hear, connect, with all of your senses?

Speaking and sharing the divinely guided rongoā in Puanga Hikoi, of all our whakapapa, all of our lineages, Seen and Unseen, a LEGION of awhi tautoko, always with us on our path.

Ngā ātua tūpuna, the Elements that flow through us and around us. Ngā mātua tūpuna, our ancestors and descendants in all directions of Time, Space, Dimensions, Worlds and Realms.
Fully supported every breath, every moment, every step. Even when we forget.

We follow the nudges, the whispers, the 'knowings'.

He whatumanawa - intuition.
He pūmanawa - our puku, instinctual wisdom.
He manawa - heart, te arawhiti, the bridge, between Papa and Rangi, Earth and Sky, Here and There, The Seen and The Unseen.

Our tūpuna with us on our path.
Leading the way. Walking beside us. And Having Our Back. In all our messy human moments.

We feel it.
We know it.
We Are It.

And then, anei! Titiro! We see!

I feel, hear, know, and see my beloved Kuia here, Kererū tūpuna, right there with me. Her korowai wrapped around Her. Lovingly. Having My Back. And I Am So Grateful 🙏🏼
