A Taste of Argentina: Empanadas, Chimichurri & Alfajores

Take a delicious journey to Argentina without leaving the kitchen! Join our experienced tutor, Martha Desimone, for a fun and hands-on cooking class celebrating some of Argentina’s most beloved flavours.

Discover the secrets behind making golden, savoury empanadas, the perfect fresh and vibrant chimichurri, and delicate, melt-in-your-mouth alfajores—a classic Argentine sweet that’s impossible to resist.

Martha will share traditional recipes, techniques and plenty of helpful tips as she guides you through each dish. Along the way, you’ll learn about Argentine food culture and the traditions that make these dishes so special.

This relaxed and enjoyable class is perfect for anyone who loves good food, wants to learn new cooking skills, or simply enjoys trying something different. Get hands-on, cook from scratch, share the experience and, of course, enjoy plenty of delicious food!

Learn the fundamentals of making Turkish manti in this practical, hands-on class focused on core skills you can reuse at home.
You’ll prepare and roll dough, practice efficient folding techniques to shape small dumplings, and cook them correctly by boiling or steaming. The class also covers making a classic garlic yoghurt sauce and finishing with simple Mediterranean spices and butter.
