The more we do hard things in our life and take that step into the UNKNOWN the more our need for comfort disappears!

Comfort is not our friend if we want to chase the best version of ourselves

My advice, do something hard everyday that you don’t have to do!
It could be starting the day with a cold shower, 10min in the sauna, an extra workout, 10min run etc. whatever it is start small so you can keep it consistent! Consistency is key to anything 🎯
