Training with Rheumatoid disease. My wrists are severe at the moment. I can almost feel the hand twisting round a corner with the pain and Inflammation.
It's my job to try and counteract that, very carefully and with a lot of knowledge about the body and the disease.
Physio exercises are also very important at times like this.
