Wow, once again another amazing year where our small fitness whanau come together rain and shine, light and dark. You guys rock, love training you all, you are the reason I continue on... enjoy your break, thank you all so much for our giggles, hard mahi, fun, friendship, strength and fitness!!

I know some of you don't like being outside in the colder darker months... but now this is the best time to train outdoors and Term 4 is upon us soon. The sunrises and bird song, sunsets and fresh air. Energy boot after a long day, or energy boost for that long day at work on a Friday..
Metafit classes combine traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest high-intensity interval training (HIIT) techniques and great music, to set your metabolism and body on fire! Enjoy a full-body workout and feel the burn. Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you're comfortable with.

π₯ Itβs such a time efficient way to train and move. Plus you are done by 7.00am ready to hit your desk, get to work or take the kids to school on a Friday and back on a Monday for dinner or to make dinner. AND you have the benefits of the endorphins that follow and the satisfaction that you have given yourself time to move. Win, win!

METAFIT TRAINING
Metafit is a high-intensity fitness class combining body-weight exercises with interval style training. Metafit is sure to push your fitness limits, with challenging moves and high intensity training techniques. I will coach you individually and adapt exercises as necessary, so all levels of fitness welcome.
Tackle bodyweight drills and high intensity exercises that will work your entire body and all major muscle groups to improve endurance, strength and work that core.

Its amazing how an addition to your whanau can really uplift your overall hauora! Arley makes a massive difference in our lives in many ways....
he had his first beach visit today and was let off to play. Two showers later and he smells like a flower!!!

And the best bit is, that with a warm up and cool down it is over and done with in 30mins...now there is no excuse not to exercise x
