Nurture with Aimee

Today we bid farewell to this gorgeous girl. She requested an under-the-sea cake for her last day and to celebrate her 5th birthday, as well as a special visit from Janelle for a graduation ceremony where she wore the korowai and received her graduation certificate.
Norah, your departure will leave a significant void in our nurture family. You are the most humorous child I have had the pleasure of caring for, possessing a unique personality and an incredible imagination. I will miss the daily laughter you brought me, often leaving me speechless and wondering how a child could be so humorous. 😂 Over the past three years in care, you have formed meaningful friendships, and I am aware that the children here will miss you dearly. Norah, I wish you continued success as you progress in your educational journey. I am confident that you will excel and achieve remarkable things, and I have no doubt that you will bring joy and laughter to your teacher, just as you have to me. I hope your teacher is prepared for the experience that awaits her,🤣and I look forward to hearing about your adventures when you visit us during school holidays.

Breigh and Mike, I would like to express my gratitude for entrusting me with Norah's care. It has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Norah will forever hold a special place in my heart, and I feel truly privileged to have had the opportunity to be a part of your lives. ❤️

Today we went to visit the world's cutest and friendliest sheep ever!!! 😍 the Valais black nose sheep! The children had such a fun time. They especially loved feeding them.
We had a picnic lunch and then we were taken to observe and feed the eels in the creek before we headed home.

The children have enjoyed a fun-filled week, featuring activities such as decorating the Christmas tree, creating Christmas decorations, enjoying water play, and having plenty of ice blocks to beat the heat, resulting in happy children. 🎄🌟💦🌞😍
