Kia ora e te whānau,
Unfortunately, we will not have our Friday Kai Table this week, as the organisation that generously donates the kai is unable to provide it this time. We are incredibly grateful for the support we have received so far and are pleased that many of our whānau have been able to access and benefit from the kai provided. We also give thanks to those whanau and staff who have brought in fruit and vegetables from home to support the initiative.
If you are currently needing support with kai, there are several organisations in our community that may be able to help, including:
• Tahunanui Community Centre
• Nelson Women's Centre
• St Vincent de Paul (Richmond, Nelson, and Stoke)
If you would like further information or support accessing these services, please contact Whaea Tracy.
Kia ora koutou,
We have been monitoring the weather and the forecast shows that there is more heavy rain coming this afternoon.
We are very mindful of the impact this could have on traffic and safety at pick up time. If you would like to pick up your child/children early today to avoid the road congestion you are very welcome to.
If you do collect early, please let the office know so they can sign your child/children out.
Ngā mihi,
Helen
