Some of the biggest misunderstood things....
Carbs are ESSENTIAL for muscle growth & repair and dropping body fat ( and healthy hormones, energy, satiation, fibre....)
.
And CARDIO does NOTHING for building muscle aka getting "tonned" ... cardio burns energy thats it. Lifting weights with correct nutrition builds muscle

The age old question "HOW LONG DID IT TAKE"
Well, it takes as long as it takes if im being completely honest - results vary based on the WORK and CONSISTENCY YOU PUT IN!
I get it - we ALLLL WANT RESULTS!
Unfortunately getting JACKED ( growing muscle ) is SLOW AF and takes YEARS of doing EXACTLY whats required. Do the wrong things and you wont get these kinda results, you'll spin your wheels, look the same and feel disappointed!
Falling in love with the process is ESSENTIAL, make doing the work your LIFESTYLE
Hire a Coach who has what you want so she can show you how to get there, while providing the ADHERENCE to do the work when you dont "feel like it"

Something I've been working on lately.....

My amazing client Lisa's results so far!
Shes worked CONSISTENTLY hard to achieve her strength status - WEIGHTED PULL UPS & DIPS, 70kg squats and 80plus kg deadlifts at 50kg BW!!! ( this is YEARS in the making gals , not a year ) and this cut brought her to the leanest body shes had to date! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Im excited to welcome her back into the BTC for her 3rd year of support, education and ADHERENCE. Banging jacked, lean bods take years to turn heads, and if you stop youll never get there - best to buckle up for the ride and enjoy the process!
