There will be no Black Belt Bo class this morning, instead there will be a practice session for the Nelson Seido Haka group at 8:00 AM for Zen Shin.

Nelson karate team to take on world at New York tournament A team of 10 martial artists from the Seido Karate Nelson dojo are travelling to New York in August to compete for world titles and mark a major milestone.

Remembering Eiko Hanshi Andy on his birthday ,a man of true mana, whose strength, dignity and spirit continue to inspire.

Shuseki Shihan Stephen and the Stoke dojo warmly welcome our Seido family to come and support Senpai Susan van der Plank, who is taking her Nidan promotion at the Stoke dojo on June 6th at 1.30pm.

Senpai Susan is a wonderful, hard training student and a great ambassador for our Seido community and we would love to have your support for this event. All students welcome.

After the grading all students are welcome to join us for refreshments at the Speight’s Ale House.

We look forward to sharing this celebration with you all.
