Back to it after a wee break and have dropped about 4 to 5 kg sitting around 83 kilo from 87.
Man it can be tough to keep motivated to push through especially after a sad week seeing off my cuzz who just passed R.I.L Eric Landers.
But in saying that it was good to reconnect with whanau and friends after a long time especially my brothers who came home Alli and his family and Kirk Sending love to u all.
