I hear that the news has travelled quite far and fast already, so I guess it is time to confirm here... 🤣

Montessori Lite will close for the foreseeable future on May 8th. I feel enormously privileged to have been a part of so many origin stories through this little dream space, and it is time for a change. Thank you all so much for being even a small part of this fun, fulfilling and extremely cathartic journey! Go well ❤️

Lately I have noticed a lot of traffic on this page - thank you so very much for your interest! In these dystopian times where the integrity of all information feels doubtful, it grows increasingly difficult to feign any kind of enthusiasm for or interest in a consistent social media presence for Montessori Lite. This little Lite of mine is open and thriving though, so I do recommend getting in touch to organise a visit if you're keen to see what our days look like...go well out there ❤️

Each summer brings a fresh iteration of Lite Shop, and this year is no exception - 'tis the season! Apart from developing children’s artistic, problem-solving, numeracy, and social skills, playing shop provides a wonderful basic introduction to financial literacy by learning about how money works in the real world. This year the collective request is for a new paddling pool (we loved our last one to literal bits) so over the past couple of weeks the Lite crew have been busily creating Christmas merchandise like cards, gift tags, wrapping paper, and ornaments to sell in their annual Lite Christmas Shop. We would love your support in helping these enthusiastic little retailers get themselves the totally affordable pool they want...and maybe a new umbrella for the outdoor table too!🤞

- Noah's fifth birthday party at Jumpin' in two sleeps!

- solid teacher friends who respond proactively to desperate Facebook call-outs for pumpkin pie so that teaching Thanksgiving is delicious fun - we love you Marisela Hernández (and not just for the excellent pie)!
