Nei rā te reo hāpai o te whānau nei e paoro atu ki a koutou. He hononga i ahu mai i Aotearoa, Te Waipounamu tēnei, engari he whakapapa ki te Ao. Te Tauihu o te Waka a-Māui, Te Ūpoko o te Ika me te Nōrta anō hoki Ngāti Āerihi, Ngāti Kotimana, Ngāti Ingarihi. He tāngata tiriti mātou e kimia ana te ara tika kei te haere mai.

This resource has been created especially for classrooms of Aotearoa. As educators, with 18 years experience in primary and intermediate, as well as tertiary level reo Māori, we have created 140 slides with activities that we believe will engage all learners on their te reo Māori journey. They are closely linked with the New Zealand curriculum levels 1-2 for learning te Reo Māori in English medium schools.
Before using this resource please ensure you have reached out to whānau, local iwi and have utilised hapori resources. There are so many people that are connected with kura that can support your drive in encouraging the use of te reo Māori in the classroom.
