Hi everyone # # # Happy 2025

Wild Soul Dance Fitness will be back next Monday 10th February, at Clifton Terrace School, Atawhai, 6.30 - 7.30pm AND next Wednesday, 12th February, at a venue to be confirmed. I'm working on new routines - there'll be a few of the oldies to keep you happy :) I'd love to see you all.

I've also got two new offerings I'd like to tell you about.

1. I'll be continuing with the Wild Soul Revolution Women's Sacred Circles. This was such a powerful container for women to experience speaking and feeling in a safe judgment free environment. Many participants, introduced to the drum for the first time, found her power to be incredibly supportive and transformative. We were each deeply grateful for a space to feel held, supported, heard and encouraged to live and lean more fully into our authentic Selves. Join us if you feel to, there are a few spaces available. Dates: Feb 13, 27, Mar 13, 27, Apr 10. 7pm - 9.30pm $100
2. Untether Your Voice. If you're interested in exploring, discovHering and illuminating where you may be hiding some of the most powerful parts of you, this series of gatherings is for you. Why do we leave things left unsaid? What do we fear will happen if we say them? Where did we learn that and when? What might happen if you say what you want to say? We'll talk, sing, sound and move, to support our voices in finding lost words and the courage to utter them. 8 places available. Dates: Feb 20, Mar 6, 20, Apr 3, 17 $150

It's Monday - and on Monday's we dance!!

Wild Soul Dance Fitness, exercise has never been so much fun. The weather's warming up and so is my playlist. If you like your music loud and your dance moves salty, and you like to get your shizz on and dance like no one's watching, come and join us for this awesome class. All ages, all abilities, welcome. All you need is a sense of adventure and a, 'who cares if I ain't Beyoncé' attitude.
