There’s nothing better than hearing how Pilates is making a difference beyond the studio 🤎

It’s often the little everyday moments that remind us just how valuable building strength, balance and confidence can be. Whether it’s improving your balance, moving with more confidence, or simply making everyday tasks feel easier, those wins really do add up.

A huge thank you to Valerie for your kind words and for trusting me to be part of your movement journey.

If you’re ready to feel stronger, steadier and more confident in your everyday life, I’d love to welcome you to class. Visit our website or send me a message to find the class that’s right for you.

Thursday morning movement on the Pilates spine corrector! 🤎

Michelle & I wrapped up our morning at Onebodi Pilates with a spine corrector workout together - thanks to Sonje Mayo on
pilatesology

We both loved the different variations and fabulous cueing, I especially enjoyed the spine stretch forward and short box tree variations!

Do you recognise these exercises from your mat and reformer classes?

**x8 speed… with some take outs! 🤣
