Important Announcement

Following thoughtful discussions with our staff and school whānau, the Taradale Primary PTA has made the decision not to hold the Taradale Village Fete in 2026. We understand that the Fete is a cherished tradition in our community, and we acknowledge how much it is enjoyed by all.

Our aim is to keep things vibrant and exciting, maintain strong volunteer engagement, and ensure our fundraising efforts continue to benefit the kura. With this in mind, we have chosen to introduce a brand new event for 2026, offering our community something fresh to look forward to.

While the Fete will take a break next year, we are considering bringing it back on a biennial basis from 2027 onward.

Keep an eye out for details of our new event 'Trail the Dale' coming the 1st weekend of May 2026. Focussed around our beautiful Taradale hills backyard, we will be looking for sponsors to help run a great event that TPS can benefit from.

🥳The Taradale Village Fete is this Sunday! 🥳

There really is something for everyone at the fete, make sure you come down to Taradale Primary School on Sunday from 10am to check it out.

The wonderful teachers at TPS host a Devonshire Tea in the staff room. Sit down, take a break and enjoy some delicious home made scones and baking. ☕️ 🧁🍰

We are so excited to host the Fete next Sunday 6th April from 10am at Taradale Primary School.

So many stalls to visit - kids attractions, amazing food, pre loved kids clothing, books and toys, cake and baking, Devonshire tea, and a large variety of external stall holders! 🍔🥳☕️📚🧸🪁🫖
