Online Stock up for Summer Fundraiser

St Patrick's School and FOSP is helping you to Stock Up for Summer with Sunscreen and First Aid.
We are always making improvements to the school and creating opportunities for our students to be active and healthy, so are reaching out to the wider community to support us in a longer-term plan, to raise funds for a proposed cycle path and walkway around the outside of our sport’s field. This will compliment the work currently being done to revamped the sports field layout and the existing sporting equipment that has been purchased through previous fundraising activities.

By supporting this fundraiser, you are not only Stocking Up for Summer, but also making our school a better place.

How will this fundraiser work? By running our Stock up for Summer Fundraiser online, it makes it super easy for everyone - no more door knocking, your family can fundraise from home - no need to worry about handling all that cash and keeping track of orders. You simply sign up on the fundraising website, share the link with family and friends and they can arrange to collect their products from you at the end of the fundraiser.

How do I sign up to fundraise online? Each fundraiser can sign up for their very own web page to send out to friends and family to collect sales. Just go to our Fundraising Hub page at https://stpatricksschoolstockupforsummer.raiseit.co.nz/hub
• You will find a link to SETUP YOUR FUNDRAISING PAGE
• If you have fundraised with Go Raise It fundraising before, you will need to activate your page via the email you will receive after you sign up
• If you need any help, email [email protected] for direct assistance
• All fundraiser totals update in real time and your supporters can leave you messages of encouragement

Ideas for promoting/selling
● Share your fundraising page around your workplace/colleagues and tell them a date when you will bring their purchases for collection
● Share the links with your friends
● Use the links on your fundraising page to share with friends/family via email & social media
● For family & friends who don’t live locally – offer to give their purchase to a local charity you support

What happens at the end of the fundraiser?
The final day that purchases can be made, is the 19th November 2023.
Pick up of purchases will be from school on the 07th December 2023. The day before pickup day, each fundraiser will be sent a report (to their registered email) showing all the supporters who have purchased from their fundraising web page and what items/quantities they have purchased.

St Patrick's School - Napier are in the final for HB Canoe Polo champs tonight around 5pm.

Come on down to Flaxmere pool to cheer them on!! Let’s do this!!

Spring Bulbs are coming home today. Thanks to the FOSP team for getting them packed and this little control officer. ENJOY!!

Not long now!! We have an awesome FOSP team who are going to get these bagged over the weekend. We will confirm Sunday when these will be coming to school. So exciting

SPRING BULBS are on the way!!! Courier was concerned she wouldn’t fit them all in the van, but they have been collected. We will let you know as soon as they are sorted, bagged and organised to be sent to school. If you prefer not to have them sent to school, please let me know. YAY

SPRING BULBS- wow. Thank you all so much for the support and orders.
We sold 662 packs for a total of 3310 bulbs!!! Amazing. They are being packed and dug as we speak so as soon as they are ready we can give you a clear timeframe… but very soon.
