Solar Eclipse at 20° Leo August 2026 🌟💛🌞💛🌟
This Solar Eclipse in Leo is reminding us to appreciate our loved ones. It is our family and close friends, those that are special to our heart, that need to know how much we value them, love them and cherish our time with them. It is best to share these heart-felt feelings with them before a crisis hits. Too often we get so busy in our lives that we forget or avoid telling those we love how special they are. Love is transformational.

The Sun rules Leo and is therefore the ruler of this Eclipse. We are to ‘power up’ our vitality by extending our love, sharing our light and passion for life with others. We can easily get lost in the dark clouds of our everyday life, bothered by the pressures of tasks that we forget to shine. It takes courage to love, to shine and to grow.

Eclipses give us the opportunity for redirection, changing our focus to see new pathways. Before we can step into the new we have to let go of the old. With this Eclipse we are to release the relationships, the fears and habits of where we have felt unloved, within ourselves or from others.

This Solar Eclipse is with the South Node. People from our past will revisit our thoughts, our attention and our time. What light can we shed upon these relationships? To thoroughly release a relationship is to take them into our heart, to give honour and thanks for that person’s contribution into our lives and to let them go with our love. If we can’t bring ourselves to that point then we aren’t ready to let them go, we haven’t finished the relative lesson.

Unless we grow and evolve in our relationships we will continue to repeat the same actions, living out our relationship issues, maybe with another person but the lesson is still the same. It is time for us to address the old habits that have been holding us back, rising above the fears, shifting the attention from rejection and isolation to inclusion and empowerment.

Full Moon 6° Aquarius July 2026 ✨🧡✨🩷✨❤️✨
This Full Moon, at 6° is alongside Pluto at 4° Aquarius. This marks a time of transformation, digging into the sub layers of life. Our minds will be provoked with the deep thoughts of ‘why are we here, what is life all about, are we fulfilling our potential?’ In amongst our everyday activities we are spearing the ground with soul searching questions. As the Earth rumbles with the vibrations of this the answers aren’t always given back in the moment, rather left for another time. The emphasis is on investigating, researching and questioning our soul’s purpose. It is up to us to discover the answers, not have them given to us.

There are so many shifts and changes to our gatherings of people, in teams, groups and networks; we have to adjust to the new formats of who fits in where? Like playing musical chairs this Full Moon reminds us of the repositioning of people in our lives, noted by Pluto’s placement in Aquarius. It is vital we choose to be with those that inspire us, give us the freedom to be who we are, allow us the space and respect to express our individuality. This is not a time to tolerate relationships where we are confined by judgments or limiting attitudes. It takes courage to keep an open mind yet the rewards from doing so bring freedom.

With the Full Moon in Aquarius it places the Sun at the same degree in the opposite sign of Leo. Here it is flanked by Jupiter. The Sun and Jupiter are the two largest heavenly bodies we have in our sky. Their forces of energy dominate our solar system. To have them together generates a huge energy source. In all situations love is the greatest power of transformation. When love is strong we can deal with any life circumstance. Stay true to your heart and the transformation follows.

With Chiron squaring this opposition it creates a T-square. Chiron tends to focus on the lack of measurements, where something isn’t enough. We’re to turn this to recognizing what is in place and seeing the value of what we have already established. Appreciation is a wonderful base to build upon.

With the North Node’s movement into Aquarius, from the later degrees, it is activating the energy from the Feb ‘26 Solar Eclipse. This is highlighting our awareness of humanity. We are at a pivot point of make or break in our journey of evolution. For humanity to survive we have to focus on the positives of who we are and the good we see in others.

Aquarius loves a frenzy of chaotic energy, changes to our plans and spontaneous social encounters. It livens up the moment with radical shifts and changes. It enjoys adding sparkles to everyday occasions.

The choice is ours to either continue on the old track, looping around the same terrain or to move to a newly energized location where life is full of vitality and inspiration.

With this Solar Eclipse being in Leo it is our heart’s happiness that is the focal point to our compass. Feelings of being stuck, stale, bored or stagnant in life will be highlighted. With this Eclipse being with the South Node we have to release ourselves from the attitudes that hold us back, the fears that limit our growth and the habits of laziness that keep us in the ’tolerating stale energy’ zone.

New Moon Cancer July 2026

Each year the Cancerian New Moon asks us to ‘feather the nest’, to make our nurturing spaces more fulfilling and homely. We are reminded to create emotionally warm and inviting spaces for rest and relaxation. This gives us the timing to revamp our home spaces and places of comfort.

This year this Cancerian New Moon is asking us to take that a step further, becoming more aware of our holistic needs of emotional support, soul care and spiritual fulfillment. We are broadening our scope of self nourishment, deepening our connection to the finer vibrations of life, where sensitivity is the greatest tool in our kit bag. Intuition grows not from doing, but from listening, allowing and creating space within.

With Mercury in Cancer moving retrograde alongside the Sun and Moon we cannot rely on logic to give us the answers or to explain the events of each day. There are many threads and overlays of energy and connections that can’t be rationalized. It is best to relax knowing that when you are ready to know life will present you with the insight and information. When we ask a question or have a desire life will fulfill it – we have to be attentive to it appearing – it may not be in the form, timing or measure we expect; it may be delivered from another source or in another time.

With Venus on the South Node in Virgo we are to look at our hesitations and doubts in receiving love, affection, compliments and kindness. Yes it is a measure of protection to be discerning when there are invitations on our table. Yet we are not to let the expectation for it to be perfect stop us from receiving what is a genuine act of kindness or the repayment of a favour. It takes effort to gracefully accept and receive the gifts and blessings coming our way. Life keeps its own accounts and will repay acts of kindness when the circuit is complete.
