This activation dives deep into the real mechanics of high-performance surfing – teaching girls how to stop reacting to waves and start dominating them.

Over the program, surfers will learn how to:

• Generate maximum speed through every section of the wave
• Drive hard off the bottom turn to set up critical manoeuvres
• Commit fully to stronger, more powerful turns
• Link manoeuvres efficiently while maintaining flow and momentum
• Read waves with sharper awareness and positioning
• Identify and attack sections to maximise scoring potential
• Surf with clear purpose, confidence and intent
