🔥 SHOUT OUT TO OUR FIREBALL, BRI! 🔥

If there’s one word that sums up Bri perfectly, it’s STRAIGHT UP! 😂🔥

She shows up, works bloody hard and gives it everything she’s got in every class. And you can always count on Bri to bring the energy, the banter and a whole lot of personality with her! ❤️

She’s also the ultimate buddy to Jase — always encouraging him, supporting him and making sure he’s getting the most out of every session. And if he’s slacking off… you can guarantee Bri will be the first one to rip into him and tell him to get moving! 😂💪🏼

But what we love most is how much she embraces the BFT community. She loves the training, the social side, the laughs and the people — and honestly, we absolutely LOVE having her around.

And of course, her heart rate monitor name is FIREBALL 🔥🔥🔥

Could there possibly be a more perfect name for her?
Absolutely not. 😂

🔥🔥 CRAIG… THE SCAN RESULTS ARE IN! 🔥🔥

30 SESSIONS. 8 WEEKS. ONE SERIOUSLY EPIC TRANSFORMATION. 💪🏼

Craig absolutely SMAAAASHED the Commit to 30 Challenge, and his latest scan results are proof of just how much hard work he has put in! 👏🏼🔥

He has been showing up, putting in the mahi, staying consistent and refusing to let the early mornings or tough sessions stand in his way.

And the results? 🤯👇🏼

📉 A HUGE drop in body fat
💪🏼 More lean muscle
🔥 A massive change in his overall composition
🙌🏼 And a whole lot of confidence to go with it!

But what we love most is that Craig didn’t just talk about making a change… HE DID IT.

30 sessions later and he’s looking tall, trim and STRONG! 👊🏼

A massive shout out to two of our 5AM regulars, Craig & Warrick! 👏🏼💪🏼

These two are the perfect example of what we love about our BFT whānau — they show up early, work bloody hard and bring nothing but positive energy and encouragement with them! 🙌🏼

🏆 CRAIG
Craig has absolutely SMASHED our 8 Week Challenge, and the results speak for themselves! He took out Best Scan, has lost an incredible amount of weight and is looking tall, trim and bloody strong! 🔥

But what we love most is the commitment behind those results. He’s put in the work, stayed consistent and backed himself every step of the way. Mate, you should be seriously proud of what you’ve achieved! 👏🏼

💪🏼 WARRICK
Then we’ve got Warrick — another 5AM legend who gives 100% in every single class.

You’ll often find him training alongside his wife, putting in the mahi together and pushing each other to be better. ❤️

And outside the studio, Warrick is a committed dad who makes sure he’s there supporting his daughter at her netball games. Because being strong isn’t just about what happens inside the gym — it’s about showing up for the people who matter most. 🏐❤️

Two bloody good men. Two committed dads. Two absolute 5AM legends.

If you’ve ever trained alongside this wahine, you’ll know exactly what we mean when we say she is HAPPY, POSITIVE AND ALWAYS SMILING! 🥰💪🏼

She’s a busy mama, works bloody hard, has a million things going on — but somehow still makes the time to prioritise her health, show up for herself and put in the mahi. 👏🏼🔥

And what makes her even more special? She is one of those people who is genuinely always cheering others on. Supportive, encouraging and never has a bad word to say. She brings such a beautiful energy into the studio and makes the people around her better just by being there. ❤️

She recently SMASHED PODIUM and then backed it up by hitting her MAS testing this morning! 🔥

That’s showing up even when life is busy.

✨ OUR WAHINE:
She has completely committed to BFT and it has been so awesome watching her throw herself into not only the training, but everything that makes our community so special.

She loves the laughs, the chats, the social side and the friendships that come with being part of BFT — and honestly, that’s what it’s all about! 🫶🏼

She’s showing up, putting in the mahi and becoming a huge part of our BFT family. We bloody love having you here! ❤️

This guy is always ready to put in the work AND have a yarn afterwards! 😂💪🏼

He loves getting stuck into a session, pushing himself and working hard — but he’s equally keen for the social side of BFT.

She constantly pushes herself to her limits, works bloody hard in every class and never shies away from a challenge. 💪🏼

We also LOVE a good chin wag with Cherie during class — because apparently you can still have a full conversation while your lungs are fighting for their lives! 😂

But honestly, it’s such a breath of fresh air having a member who is always willing to give everything a go, backs herself and brings such a positive energy into the studio.
