💗 Together We Stand Against Bullying 💗

Recently, our tamariki took part in the Starfish Health & Wellbeing Centre colouring competition — but instead of submitting individual entries, we chose to create something together.

As a centre, our tamariki collaboratively designed and decorated one large t-shirt to represent that standing up against bullying is something we do collectively, with kindness, inclusion, and support for one another. 🌈

Every heart, colour, and mark on this shirt was created by many little hands working side by side, showing that everyone has a part to play in creating safe and caring environments for others.

Today, our tamariki enjoyed a walk excursion to visit Starfish Health & Wellbeing Centre and see their beautiful artwork proudly displayed. They were incredibly excited and proud to see their hard work being showcased within the community. 💕

A huge thank you to Starfish Health & Wellbeing Centre for creating such a meaningful opportunity for local tamariki and for welcoming us in to see the display. We loved being part of it! 🌟

Arohamai, I am just posting this up as there has been a flooding of messages come through and we apologise. We open back up as of tomorrow. We open from 7:45am-5:15pm but our administrator is in from 8:30am-4:00pm.

Thanks to our lovely volunteer (with permission by mum of course 😅) Tazzvir helped us pick our winners for our Raffle.

Firstly just want to Give a big thanks to all that donated items to go towards our Raffle and a huge thanks to all that bought tickets, our Centre appreciate it very deeply as it goes right back toward the children and the Centre.

1st winner is Jean for Raffle 1
2nd winner is Dre for Raffle 2

And as a big thank you we put all the names together to pick one winner to giveaway a Repco Monopoly Sponsored by Repco and a Family Pass to SwimZone Sponsored by Swimzone Matamata And the winner for that was Liam

It has been a long time since we have used our page but we hope to have it back up and running more consistently in the New Year!

The Ministry of Education is partnering with TVNZ to deliver entertaining educational programming for our tamariki, including teacher-led lessons and featuring Suzy Cato, Karen O’Leary, Jordan Vandermade and Nathan Wallis.
