Double solo celebrations! ✈️🎉

Another two students from the Wairarapa College Aviation Programme have taken to the skies solo!

A huge congratulations to Connor Mcnaughton and Jono Herrick on completing their first solo flights. A pretty big milestone for both of them, and one they’ve definitely earned through plenty of hard work. 👏✈️

We’re looking forward to seeing where you fly from here!

HBECAC DAWN RAID ⛅️

HBECAC is hosting its annual dawn raid on the 23rd of August. Open and warm invite to all, free breakfast and spot landings on arrival.

FIRST SOLO! ✈️

Congratulations to Connor McEwen on achieving a huge aviation milestone - his first solo flight!

Connor is part of Wairarapa College’s new Aviation Programme, taking his first steps into the world of flying.

A moment every pilot remembers forever. Well done Connor- we can’t wait to see what’s next!
