What a week this one has been! 💚

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and supported our tamariki at Beat Station and netball. We are so lucky to have such an amazing community who gets behind our Fernridge whānau the way you do.

Week 7 is looking a little quieter before we ramp up again for the final few weeks of Term 3!

Don’t forget, tomorrow is a Teacher Only Day, so we’ll see everyone back at school on Monday.

Primary Netball Finals tonight…and what a night it was!

A huge thanks to our coaches, managers and hearty supporters - but most importantly our players who all showed hiringa throughout the season.

Fernridge Flames played MPS and won grade 1.
21-19 🥇

Fernridge Ferns played Tuhirangi and won grade 2.
17-10 🥇

Fernridge Fury placed 4th in grade 3.

What a wonderful sunny day we had today! ☀️ It was so lovely to see everyone dressed up for Daffodil Day. 🌼 Together, we raised over $400 for the Wairarapa Cancer Society — ka mau te wehi, Fernridge!

Week Six is going to be a busy one, so make sure you keep an eye on Hero for everything that’s happening.
And don’t forget. Friday is a Teacher Only Day, so there will be no school for tamariki.

Food Bank Collection + Non-Uniform Day

* FRIDAY 14th AUGUST 2026

We are always proud to support the annual local Food bank collection.

This is a non-uniform day and in lieu of a gold coin, we would appreciate it if tamariki could donate a non-perishable item on the day. This can be dropped off to the office foyer on Friday morning.
