Busy Bees Alfriston Road Welcome to Alfriston Road! We offer a safe and welcoming environment for tamariki to thrive!

At Busy Bees Alfriston Road in Manurewa, we believe that as an Early Childhood Centre we have an important part to play in our community and a very special opportunity to positively impact young children’s lives in their early stages of development. With a safe, fun and nurturing environment for your child, we provide a place for children to learn, develop and grow through social interaction in an engaging environment, carefully set up by kaiako, with lots of opportunities to explore and learn. Our Manurewa childcare centre caters for tamariki aged 0 - 6yrs and we are open 7.00am - 6.00pm, Monday – Friday.

This morning, our preschoolers enjoyed cutting fresh pineapple for their morning tea.

Using a small child-safe knife, the children practised important life skills while developing their hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. They learned to use the knife carefully and mindfully, showing concentration and patience throughout the experience.
