✨🌿 A Week Full of Wonder, Learning & Fun at NTP! 🌿✨

What a wonderful week it has been for our tamariki at Nga Tamariki Puawai! 💛 Our days have been filled with curiosity, creativity, laughter, friendships and lots of learning through play. 🌈

🎨 Getting creative and expressing ideas
🌱 Exploring and discovering our environment
🧱 Building, creating and problem-solving
👫 Playing, sharing and learning with friends
🎶 Singing, dancing and having lots of fun!

💛 We have also loved seeing our tamariki show the Fruits of the Spirit through kindness, patience, love, joy, gentleness and caring for others. 🍎🌿

We are so proud of the way our tamariki are growing in confidence, independence and character each day. ✨

🌺 A Special Thank You – Samoan Language Week 🇼🇸

A little late, but certainly not forgotten! 💙

As we reflect on Samoan Language Week, we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Jerome Cowley for spending time with our tamariki and kaiako.

Jerome shared the richness of Samoan culture through music, song, and dance, creating a fun and engaging experience for everyone. Our tamariki loved joining in, learning new movements, singing along, and celebrating the beauty of Samoan culture.

We also appreciated Jerome teaching us some simple everyday Samoan words and phrases that we can continue to use with our tamariki, helping to strengthen their appreciation of different languages and cultures in our learning environment.

Thank you, Jerome, for sharing your knowledge, culture, and passion with us. Experiences like these help our children develop respect, understanding, and a sense of belonging in our diverse community.

✨ A Wonderful Parent Chat Night! ✨

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful parents and whānau who took the time to attend our Parent Chat Night. Your presence, encouragement, and valuable contributions to conversations about your children's learning and development made the evening truly meaningful.

It was a wonderful opportunity for us to celebrate each child's progress, share their achievements, and work together to support their continued growth. We deeply value the strong partnerships we have with our families, as we know that children thrive when home and the centre work hand in hand.
