At Synergy last week, we explored Multiple Intelligences—the different ‘Smarts’—and our individual gifts and talents. When we recognise and understand our talents, it can help us to build healthy self-esteem.

Last week at Synergy, we learnt about our personalities. When we understand our personality type, it helps us to understand why we do the things we do.

Great work, whānau! Thank you, Ms Grace, for your hard work in transforming The Treasure Tree book into a part-animation with live narration! Here’s hoping we can turn it into a fully animated video.

We are getting very close to our Synergy Presentation Night.

Synergy: I Know Who I Am

Well done to all our whanau who attended our first Synergy session last week. We love hearing our children declare they are valuable to God and that they are fearfully and wonderfully made!

It was so encouraging to see our children share a short presentation about themselves with confidence in front of our parents they have only just met.

Our children love night school, and we look forward to working alongside our whanau for the next 6 weeks.

Our hearts are full as we reflect on an incredible evening celebrating 20 years of Rise Up Trust. It was a privilege to gather with our families, supporters, partners, volunteers, staff, and community who have been part of this remarkable journey.
