Aspects of the Self.
Isolating. Distancing. Do you realize these are human conditions? And you are not only human. You are the expression, the extension, the manifestation of one source that refracts and reflects all possibilities which is why there are so many humans experiencing so many possible situations, temperaments, characteristics. Beneath and beyond all the layers of being human is a soul, and beneath and beyond the soul is the Light of Consciousness.... Source, GOD.
You cannot isolate yourself from these aspects of the self. You can distance our self from the Self which is as near as your breath. in fact, it breathes you. Turn here, Inward, when you Feel Isolated, Alone, Unloved, and you will find Here the Truth. God loves you.

You can try these tips to keep your balance or re balance yourself******
1. Value yourself:
Treat yourself with kindness and respect, and avoid self-criticism. Make time for your hobbies and favorite projects, or broaden your horizons. Do a daily crossword puzzle, plant a garden, take dance lesson, or learn to play an instrument or become fluent in another language.
2. Take care of your body:
Taking care of yourself physically can improve your mental health.
Be sure to:
Eat nutritious meals
Avoid smoking or Va**ng
Drink plenty of water
Exercise, which helps decrease depression and anxiety and improve moods
Get enough sleep. Lack of sleep contributes to high rate of depression in college students.
3. Surround yourself with good people:
People with strong family or social connections are generally healthier than those who lack a support network. Make plans with supportive family member and friends, or seek out activities where you can meet new people, such as a club class or support group.
4. Give yourself:
Volunteer your time and energy to help someone else. You'll feel good about doing something tangible to help someone in need and it's a great way to meet new people.
5. Learn how to deal with Stress:
Like it or not, stress is a part of life. Practice good coping skills. Try do Tai Chi, exercise take a nature walk, play with your kids or grandkids or write a journal. Always remember to smile and see the humor in life. Laughter can boost your immune system, ease pain, relax your body and reduce stress.
6. Quiet your mind:
Try meditating, and or prayer. Relaxation exercises and prayer can improve your state of mind and outlook on life. Meditation may help you feel calm and enhance the effects of therapy.
7. Set realistic Goals:
Decide what you want to achieve academically, professionally and personally, and write down steps you need to realize your goals. Aim high, but be realistic and don't over schedule. You'll enjoy a tremendous sense of accomplishment and self worth as you progress toward your goal.
8. Break up the monotony:
Although our routines make us more efficient and enhance our feelings of security and safety, a little change of pace can perk up a tedious schedule. Alter your routine, plan a road trip, hang some new picture on your lounge wall or go out for a coffee at a new cafe that you haven't been to.
9. Avoid alcohol and other drugs:
Keep alcohol use to a minimum and avoid other drugs. Sometimes people use alcohol and other drugs to self medicate but in reality, alcohol and other drugs only aggravate problems.
10. Get help when you need it:
Seeking help is a sign of strength - Not a Weakness. And it is important to remember that treatment is effective. People who get appropriate care can recover from mental illness and addiction and lead full, rewarding lives.

A lot to do with these carrots. Nothing will go into waste. Some people prefer baby carrots. These were given for free so will make sure it will all use up wisely.

Constructive: When things don't go as planned, what is your reaction? Perhaps you grow easily frustrated. This is conditioning. There are certain emotions that are destructive and others that are constructive. You can feel the difference. Destructive of what? Peace and Joy. Constructive of what? Freedom and Joy. constructive of what? Freedom from robotic reactions. What is the key? Realize you are not only human. Understand the soul is here, WITHIN... ALWAYS. It is the Observer. The human side of you is it's Role. How is your current role serving the soul? When things do not go as planned, you would be well served to shift to soul awareness and say, "Isn't that interesting?".
In this brief moment of pause, now you can choose. Destructive or Constructive?
