Self Defence Tip of the Week 🤣

We have just lost one of our longtime members Brett Mitchell …he was a pivotal Instructor at our West Auckland Club in Ranui, Auckland. He was a wonderful martial artist and a lovely guy with a big heart! Our thoughts and prayers are with his family ❤️🙏

We ran a very successful Self Defence Course in Wellington over the weekend with lots of techniques and concepts taught… we look forward to our next one and seeing you all again!

Just letting you know that we have decided to rebrand and modernise our Name, Logo, Website etc. and bringing us more in line with what we teach, with our focus being on Self Defence rather than the traditional martial arts format.
