🌸 We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all graduates, and especially acknowledge our TAO and Stand Tall students for their outstanding achievements.

It was a privilege to meet three proud Samoan and Tokelauan sisters who have successfully completed their Nursing qualifications. Their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to serving our communities are truly inspiring.

Temukisa is currently working in Renal Services at Counties Manukau, Ruta previously served at Wellington Hospital and is now working with Whānau Āwhina Plunket, while Lucy is contributing to the Mental Health sector in Counites Manukau.

We celebrate their success and recognise the important impact they will continue to make within our Pasifika communities and the wider health workforce. We wish them every blessing as they continue their professional journeys.

Meet Ngahuia 🌿 Ngahuia is our Te Ara Oranga Health Workforce Assistant, bringing warmth, compassion, and positive energy into the workplace every day ✨ She is passionate about supporting people to feel seen, heard, valued, and connected, while helping create an environment where hauora and wellbeing are at the centre of everything we do. For Ngahuia, hauora is more than just wellness — it is about achieving balance across all aspects of life. She uses the Te Whare Tapa Whā model to help shape and guide her wellbeing journey, recognising the importance of nurturing taha tinana (physical wellbeing), taha hinengaro (mental and emotional wellbeing), taha whānau (family and social wellbeing), and taha wairua (spiritual wellbeing) 🤍 Through her role, Ngahuia is dedicated to uplifting others, encouraging meaningful connections, promoting self-care, and supporting a workplace culture where people can grow, thrive, and feel a true sense of belonging 🌱 She believes that when wellbeing is nurtured holistically, individuals and communities become stronger together.
