We have raised many athletes that become national champions and got chosen to represent the country to compete at international level.

As we come to the end of 2025, I want to say a huge thank you to all our students, parents, and families for your dedication, support, and hard work throughout the year.
This year we’ve grown stronger as a team in skill, discipline, confidence, and spirit. Every training, every grading, every challenge, and every achievement has made South Peace Taekwondo what it is today.
To all our students:
I’m proud of your progress, your perseverance, and the way you represent our club with respect and attitude.
To all our parents and families:
Thank you for always supporting, encouraging, and standing behind your children and our club.

Another intense session completed! Today, our team focused on speed, endurance, and explosive power, essential for both fighters and those training for fitness.
🏃 Sprint Workout:
✅ 400m x 3 – Building endurance and pacing
✅ 200m x 4 – Improving speed and stamina
✅ 100m x 4 – Developing explosive power
✅ Hill Sprints to finish – Strength and mental toughness
We wrapped up with kicks and footwork drills, sharpening our technique and movement for the fight game. Whether you’re competing or training for fitness, this kind of work builds resilience, speed, and strength.
