Moments Pass - Life Coaching
At Moments Pass - Life Coaching we help people find their true potential and break through barriers.
If you got told the date of which you were going to die. What would you do?
If your answer is anything other than, “Nothing my life is perfect the way it is”. Then what the hell are you waiting for?
We don’t know how long we have,
So why do we keep putting off the things the fill our souls, make us happy and give us purpose.
Do the thing!! Go to the place!! Stop hesitating in fear of, it’s not the right time, or you can’t afford it right now, or what if I fail?
When is the right time?
What if you become richer than you are now?
You can’t fail or succeed if you don’t try!!
Learn from yesterday’s mistakes and make the voices today, because you don’t know if you’ll have tomorrow.

🗣️❤️
No one will ever know you, know what you’ve been through, know your deepest fears, know all your secrets, relate to how you feel and know exactly your deepest darkest thoughts you will ever have more than your reflection.
So remember always be kind to them, they are the one person who knows exactly what you have been through, what you are going through and who will be there with you until the very end.
When you can’t be kind to yourself, be kind to Yourself.

A week ago today I got a tattoo that mean more to me than meets the eye. This is mine and my wife’s logo for our Disability Awareness FB page Our Adventures with Spina Bifida. (Please Like and Follow us if you haven’t already).
This image symbolises breaking through barriers and not sticking within a confined space. To add to that I have added cracks in the head with gold to signify kintsugi ( Japanese art to repair broken pottery using gold joinery) to represent my mental health struggle and overcoming the parts that broke me whilst keeping the main aspect of myself in the past 2 years.
I have been through more health issues then I could throw a stick at, and yes I broke, yes I was done and yes, I was in my darkest moments physically, mentally and emotionally.
With that being said, 2 years on I look back at that broke me, and say I WIN!! I have achieved so much in the past 2 years since, my wife and I have been approved to adopt, I have maintained my job, and yes I studied to become a life coach which I am working towards a career in.
None of that would have been possible without the love and support from my friends and family, my job being ok with so much sick days and looking back at all I have endured in my life that should have broken me (some things that did) but remembering I never quit.
My wife has and continues to be my rock, my number one spectator, my best friend and the one person who has seen sides of me no one else ever has but continues to always be there and never give up on me, even when I wanted to give up on myself. For that I will always be grateful to have the best left hand woman (we’re both lefties) by my side through the good and the bad.
Remember you are stronger than you think, more resilient than you know and have the power to turn any negative situation into something positive.
I heard a quote that said…
If you get on the wrong train, get off at the first stop. Because the longer you stay on that train, the longer the return trip is going to cost you.
And they weren’t talking about trains.
Are you unhappy? Do you feel like nothing is going right? Do you think you are worthless? Are you experiencing nothing but negativity? That’s good!! Good I hear you say?? Yes good, it means you’re alive, it means you have a chance to find your happiness, to make the right decision, to find your worth and to flip your negative thoughts to one’s full of positivity.
Like a book? Our lives are full of chapters, some are epic, some are uneventful, some are scary and some are full of ups and downs. So my question to you is, How do you want to conclude the remaining chapters in the book that is your life? After all, you are the author of your own story.

Broken doesn’t always mean finished. It can a doorway to a new beginning!!
What is your 2026 song going to be? Mine….
The Climb - Miley Cyrus
Pain is not your body giving up, be it physical, mental or emotional, pain is your bodies way of telling you to keep fighting & to never give up.
