Pukana Youth Pathways We help young people and job seekers build real-world skills and confidence to step into work, study, or training. Whether you're chasing your first job or changing direction, we're here to walk with you — from CV to career.

Our 27 years in the business of "success creation" resulted in yet another quality collaboration between Sapphire Consultants and Pop Training. This time we delivered our "purpose built" 2 week NewGen security academy as part of our He Poutama Rangatahi youth pathways programme. Our 9 keen young men were treated to a high-octane learning experience run by the "best in the business".
10 days of training in COA, Conflict Management, First Aid, Site Safe, Team Building, Problem Solving, Communication skills and employment preparation. They also gained exposure to our security industry partners who provided some valuable insight. The employment offers are already coming through, interviews are being organized and goals are being smashed! Times like this are very special and we get to experience this on the daily. We are super-proud of our graduates and look forward to seeing them embark on their career pathways.

I'm grateful that I made the right decision to carry on in the Miss Five Crowns New Zealand 2023 Pageant...... It's a huge blessing to be able to share this video with you all...... They say "With a crown comes great responsibility" I have a crown but I'm unsure of the responsibility BUT I am sure about the opportunities and values it holds that I know can make a difference...... I'm hoping to inspire and encourage more of our Indigenous Wahine/Women to take a look and get involved in pageantry.... It's something I thought I would never do but I did and I'm still doing! 2023 was my 1st time ever joining any pageant, even the thought of joining was a 1st🤦🤣 Anyways I love it!! I take my hat off to our strong women that do pageantry!! ❤️ Don't believe everything you see on tv or in movies etc...... It's more than the glitz n glam!! But you're not gonna know till you take a look for yourself 🥰 Miss Five Crowns NZ isn't just a pageant!! We're a family too!! Sorry if none of what I'm saying makes sense but please enjoy out video.
