The programme runs every Thursday from 10am–12:30pm for 10 weeks and includes group work, worksheets, and guided sessions focused on:

It’s a supportive and encouraging space for women wanting to grow in confidence and self-worth.

Join our values-led team in Lower Hutt!

20 hours/week – ideal if you’re building admin skills and want to make a real impact.

💼 What you’ll do:
• Communicate with participants – reminders, follow-ups & booking interviews ✉️
• Data entry & document prep for programmes, filing, laminating etc. 🗂️
• Help keep the venue clean and organised - light cleaning 🧹
• Prepare food & morning tea for sessions 🍴

✅ What you need:
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook 💻
• Friendly, organised, and reliable
• Keen to learn and grow

Meet Sarah, our Administrator here at Worth Unlimited!

Sarah keeps everything running like clockwork, bringing organisation, efficiency, and a genuine passion for supporting people. She manages the admin side of things and makes sure the team has everything they need to help participants grow in confidence and reach their goals.

In her own words:
"What I love most about my role is seeing the awesome changes in our participants over the programmes. Watching confidence grow, goals take shape, and people realise their own worth and potential is honestly the best part of the job. Worth Unlimited is run by a fabulous team of hard-working women, and it’s an absolute privilege to be part of it all."

Outside of work, Sarah is married to her high school sweetheart and they have two teenage sons. She’s a movie buff, a board game enthusiast, a cheese lover, and when she can, she and her husband go metal detecting in search of hidden treasure. They have dug up lots of interesting things, but still searching for that elusive chest full of gold!

We’re so lucky to have Sarah on the team. Be sure to say hi when you see her!
