Recently these students from Hutt Intermediate School visited us to drop off baking and tinned food from their tūrangawaewae project. What an amazing group of interested and generous students - they asked really good questions and were so good at explaining their work, what they were doing and learning and contributing to the community. It was a pleasure having them visit the foodbank.

A huge thank you to the Ruxton whānau for their kind donation of plants for our garden to table group. The students enjoyed dealing with half a tonne of compost (!) then planting them today 😊
