If you haven’t been to one of our classes before then definitely check it out, your first class is always Free if you can’t make it tonight maybe check out our Koha Community class on Monday nights at Treadmill Street Hall. It might be cold outside but it’s going to be HOT tonight at Zumba.

Five tips that will help you get to winter classes.

1. Layer up on the way there — you'll be warm within two minutes, I promise.

2. Pack a dry layer to change into after class.

3. Bring a towel and water bottle — cold outside does not mean you won't sweat.

4. Park as close as you can. Getting out of the car is the hardest part.

5. One hour of Zumba will warm your whole week.
