Girls Only Summer Series – Expression of Interest

The Football Tutor is excited to launch a Girls Only Summer Series, starting mid-October.

Sessions will be run in quads (groups of 4 players), creating a focused and supportive environment where players can sharpen their skills, fitness, and game play with personalized feedback.

Details:

Quad sessions (4 players per group) – limited spots

1 hour of skill development and fun competitive training

Positive, inclusive coaching for girls of all abilities

📅 Starting: Mid-October 2025
⏰ Times: Tuesday & Thursday evenings

In memory of Meila Davis, a beloved young sports enthusiast and the daughter of one of our valued team members, we are proud to announce the inaugural Meila Davis Memorial Scholarship, offering $500 to support another aspiring young athlete in the Hutt Valley.

This scholarship celebrates Meila’s love for sports—touch rugby, athletics, netball, and swimming—and is designed to nurture the dreams of a deserving child, just as Meila inspired so many with her passion and determination.

Who can apply?
- Children aged 5-18.
- Must attend a Hutt Valley school.
- Must be part of a school team or local sports club.

How to apply:
1️⃣ Nominate a child with their age, school, and club.
2️⃣ Write a short paragraph about their sporting journey, achievements, and how this scholarship could support their goals.
3️⃣ Email applications to [email protected] by 18th December 2024.

The winner will be announced on 19th December, spreading joy just in time for Christmas! 🎄
