🖤💛 Game faces on and Hurricanes pride shining bright! 💛🖤

Our kaiako and tamariki came dressed and ready to cheer on the Hurricanes as they head into the big final this weekend! 🏉🙌

From jerseys to team colours, the excitement has been building all week here at Lollipops Waiwhetū. 🎉

And after a thorough inspection of today’s outfits… we’re pleased to report there wasn’t a Chiefs fan in sight! 🤭😂

Good luck Hurricanes – we’ll be cheering you on all the way! 🌪️🏆

🎉 “Sam, don’t forget…the birthday party starts at 1pm!” 🎉

The Kākāpō tamariki had everything under control today as they planned a very special birthday celebration for our very own Keisha. From decorating the table and organising the food to making sure the guest of honour arrived on time, every detail was thoughtfully arranged by the children. ✨

At 1pm sharp the celebration began! We sang Happy Birthday, shared stories, chatted about the weather, and enjoyed some delicious birthday treats together. 🎂💛

What a wonderful example of leadership, collaboration, creativity, and kindness. The tamariki took ownership of the entire experience and created a celebration full of joy and connection.

Ka pai, Kākāpō tamariki! 🌟

💙❤️🤍 PJ Day for a Purpose! 🤍❤️💙

Today our kaiako and tamariki swapped their everyday clothes for their comfiest pyjamas as we continue supporting The Kindness Collective PJ Project! 🥰✨

Every pair of pyjamas donated helps bring warmth, comfort, and a little extra kindness to a child this winter. ❤️

A huge thank you to all the whānau who have already contributed. There’s still time to donate! Simply drop off any new pair of children’s pyjamas at the centre and we’ll make sure they get to the children who need them most.

Together, we’re spreading kindness one pair of PJs at a time. 🧸💫

🌈✨ A little colour, a lot of curiosity, and endless opportunities for discovery! ✨🌈

Today our tamariki got stuck into this vibrant sensory experience, using their hands to scoop, mix, create and explore. As the colours blended together, so did their ideas, conversations and imaginations!

Sensory play like this helps build fine motor skills, encourages creativity, supports early science concepts and, most importantly, brings so much joy. 💕👐

Sometimes the best learning happens when we dive right in and make a beautiful mess!

✨ Celebrating a Remarkable Milestone! ✨

Today we are proud to celebrate Sunitha, Alma and Ash, who have each reached an incredible 10 years of service with Evolve Education! 🎉

For a decade, these amazing kaiako have shared their passion, dedication, care, and commitment with countless tamariki and whānau. Their warmth, knowledge, and unwavering support have helped shape our centre community and made a lasting difference in the lives of so many.

Pictured here with our Centre Manager, Sam, we acknowledge and thank them for their years of hard work, laughter, and the genuine care they bring every single day. 💙

Congratulations on this wonderful achievement, Sunitha, Alma and Ash! We are so grateful to have you as part of our team and look forward to celebrating many more milestones together. 🌟

🇼🇸🌺 Milo has officially embraced Samoan Language Week! 🌺🇼🇸

Dressed in his finest island-inspired outfit, complete with a lei and flower crown, Milo is looking pretty pleased with himself. We can’t decide if he’s here to celebrate Samoan culture or audition for a tropical holiday brochure! 🐻✨

While he’s busy spreading the fiafia and welcoming everyone through the door, Milo is also hard at work supporting our PJ Drive for The Kindness Collective. 💙🩵

Got some PJs to donate? Simply drop them off with Milo and he’ll make sure they’re looked after (although we can’t promise he won’t try them on first! 😉).

Every pair donated helps keep a child warm and cosy this winter. Thank you to everyone who has already contributed—we love seeing our community come together to make a difference. 🥰

🇼🇸✨ What a vibe! ✨🇼🇸

Today we celebrated Samoan Language Week with singing, dancing, smiles, and plenty of fiafia! ❤️

Our amazing Kākāpō tamariki took to the stage and absolutely shone, before the incredible Anamua Fou Dancing Group had everyone captivated with their fantastic performance. 💃🌺

The best part? Seeing our whānau come together to watch, cheer, and then jump in on the fun themselves! From little feet to grown-up feet, everyone got involved and helped make the day extra special.

A day full of culture, connection, laughter, and memories we’ll be talking about for a long time. Fa’afetai tele lava to everyone who joined us! 🇼🇸✨

Milo has officially clocked out for the day 😴💤
After a very hard morning supervising the PJ donations, modelling the latest winter sleepwear trends, and providing emotional support to the kaiako… Milo is exhausted and requiring an immediate nap break 🧸💙

Our PJ Drive is still in full swing though! We’re collecting cosy PJs for tamariki in our community to help keep little bodies warm this winter ❄️
If you’d like to help, pop a pair of new PJs into our donation bin next time you’re in centre — Milo promises he’ll wake up eventually to inspect them 🫶

“Loose parts, big imaginations, and conversations that definitely sound important ☎️✨
Nothing sparks creativity quite like a few random pieces and a best mate to chat with 💭😂” see

Our kaiako have been busy creating little worlds ready for big imaginations 🌿🪵🐄

Invitations to explore, create, discover, and play are carefully prepared before our tamariki arrive each day 💛

There’s something so special about a quiet room waiting to be filled with laughter, stories, muddy adventures, and tiny hands at work ✨
