Nam Wah Pai Kung Fu Lower Hutt

Nam Wah Pai is a Chinese-style martial art that includes flexibility, kicking, punching, katas and free sparring.
Senior students also learn weapon katas and internal strength, practised by breaking wooden boards, concrete slabs, and bricks.
