π§β¨ Marie Murphy Technology Challenge! β¨π§
What a fantastic day our Year 5/6 and Year 7/8 teams had at the Marie Murphy Technology Challenge! π€©π
Our Year 5/6 team took on two challenges, a ping pong ball launcher and a mystery challenge to build a bridge. While the ping pong ball definitely got launched, their bridge unfortunately collapsed! They showed some fantastic teamwork and perseverance and were awarded a spot prize for their great teamwork! ππ
Our Year 7/8 team also had two challenges. First, they had to rebuild a water tank holding tower. They were super quick and absolutely aced this challenge! Their second challenge was to create a marble runner, which proved a little trickier, but they worked hard and gave it their best shot.
It was a great day of problem-solving, teamwork, creativity and plenty of learning! π‘π€ Both teams represented Lochiel brilliantly and made us very proud. ππ
