🌋 Our Volcano Creations in Kauri Room🌋
Inspired by our tamariki's growing interest in volcanoes, our kaiako Karena set up a creative art experience where the children could design and build their very own volcanoes.
Using crepe paper to represent flowing lava, the children explored their creativity while strengthening their fine motor skills through gluing, tearing, and arranging materials.
Throughout the activity, we shared many wonderful conversations about how volcanoes erupt and what lava is.
We are so proud of the children's enthusiasm and imaginative creations!
